The Story

Why I started this.

My name is Oliver Mistry. I'm a tech entrepreneur and digital leader based in Lisbon, and I've spent the last 25+ years building businesses, leading digital transformation, and — like every founder I know — drowning in operational busywork that had nothing to do with actual growth.

I've built and scaled multiple companies from scratch. CompareTV became Australia's premier streaming TV guide — over a million monthly visitors, named in the AFR Fast 100, entirely self-funded with no external investors. AtYourTable grew into Australia's fastest-growing personal chef service, expanding nationally and then into the UK and USA. I co-founded StreamYoda, built Twenty Twenty Digital, and started SoundSchool — a non-profit funding music schools for underserved children in India and Rwanda.

Before that, I spent over a decade in agencies — Leo Burnett, Foxtel, M&C Saatchi — leading digital strategy for brands you've heard of.

Today, alongside Swarm, I serve as Chief Digital Officer at Elkiem, where I lead digital transformation, technology strategy, data, and innovation — developing digital strategies, creating new products and services, and integrating emerging tech and AI into business operations.

I started automating my own workflows out of necessity. Email triage, client follow-ups, scheduling, reporting — all the things that were eating 3-4 hours of my day. Within weeks, I had an AI executive assistant handling 80% of it.

The realisation hit me: if I can do this for myself, I can do this for every founder stuck in the same trap.

I looked at the "AI consultancy" landscape and saw two extremes. On one side: massive enterprise firms charging six figures to produce slide decks. On the other: DIY YouTube tutorials that leave you more confused than when you started.

There was nothing in the middle. No one saying: "Give me your workflows. I'll build the systems. I'll keep them running. You go grow your business."

So I built Swarm to be exactly that. I bring decades of experience across entrepreneurship, digital strategy, tech product development, data analytics, and AI implementation — and I channel all of it into building systems that actually work. We're not consultants who hand you a strategy and walk away. We're not a SaaS tool you have to figure out yourself. We're your AI operations team — we audit, build, deploy, and manage everything. You focus on the work that actually matters.

I work with a small number of clients at a time because this isn't a volume play. Every system we build is custom. Every workflow is tested. Every client gets my direct attention.
